Ivanna Kateryna (Ivanka Kate) Yakovyna is a DP, director, and artist from Ukraine. She was the ASC Vision 2022-2023 mentee.
Currently directing feature documentary "Pictures from war".
Former "fabricanti" at the Fabrica Research Centre, Treviso, Italy. During her one-year scholarship program in the Fabrica research center, she worked for such brands as United Colors of Benetton, Undercolors, and Fabrica. Also, she created personal projects FREE NUDE PHOTO SESSIONS documentary (Venice, 2018) and the WAR CUP video.
She has a bachelor's degree in fine arts and graphic design from the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture, Ukraine. In 2013 she attended the first Kyiv-based residence for young artists, Kyiv A-I-R.
